Black Moms Connect is a group offered by postpartum support international. This group is offered for anyone pregnant or postpartum (up to two years and identifies as Black or African American. This space was created for Black mothers to connect, discuss their experiences, and learn helpful tools and resources. Black Moms Connect is offered live every Tuesday 7:30pm ET/4:30pm PT and 1st Tuesday of the month @ 1:30pm EST/10:30am PST, but resources and recordings are provided 24/7. 

Black Doula Directory is the largest directory designed to help Black families find Black Doula that understand the unique challenges, experiences, fears and concerns faced by Black families. The goal of this directory is to empower Black mothers to make informed decisions about their birth experience and take control of their healthcare. Sista Midwife Productions created this directory in 2012 to help Black families find the Black birth workers they were searching for. National Domestic Violence Hotline 

is a national hotline created to serve all those impacted by relationship abuse 24/7 confidentially. Due to high demand, you may experience longer wait times to connect with a live advocate. If you are unable to wait safely or aren't ready to call, chat, or text-you can search the  Directory of Local Providers section anytime for resources and support in your area

 Medline Plus is a trusted health information resource for mothers.  Bringing home a new baby is exciting but can be challenging. Newborns need frequent feedings and diaper changes, and may face unique health issues like diaper rash and cradle cap.
